But first, here's a bit of context:
We used to run a marketing agency for gym owners in the UK.
We even filled a few gyms to capacity within 2 months at points, which was unheard of. This allowed us to hit consistent $10k+ months just as two 20 year olds...
But...
A lot of the gym owners we worked with just didn’t have a clue how to sell or let alone want to learn...
We wanted to position a service that was even more valuable...
Where we’d be able to take on more clients and help more people.
As well as building systems that worked for our clients every single time...
So we started to run ads, nurture and even sell the leads ourselves on high ticket fitness packages.
Allowing gym owners to fill their gyms with relatively no extra effort.
This was our first “big” business, we were both highly into fitness and thought it would be the best way to go...
We even got one of the most successful gym owners in the space as a mentor who owned multiple gyms across the country.
Everything picked up, we ran some of the best ads in the county and had insane show rates to consultation calls.
And even managed to close hundreds of people into fitness deals, filling out multiple gyms, nationwide.
But, this wasn’t sustainable. Having to close so many deals for so many gym's required a lot of effort and left us feeling extremely burnt out.
At this stage clients were pouring in the door...
But we were completely overrun and worried we wouldn’t be able to continue to deliver the service.
But then we had an idea...
What if we continued to run ads and build an amazing service but instead of having to get loads of sales for our clients every month...
Our clients only needed to close a few deals per month to achieve massive success...
This would be a huge win-win, for us and our clients.
So we started running YouTube ads for real estate agents. It was perfect. Untapped and highly successful...
We only needed to find our clients a few homeowners looking to sell every month instead of having to attract hundreds of leads for fitness packages.
It was a recipe for success and our clients started to add huge profits every single month...
We realised from our fitness agency people were tired of non human contact and that trust factor online had been completely lost...
We also realised that if we could transfer our skills from fitness to real estate we could make our clients bucket loads of money with them not having to do any extra work on a client acquisition front.
Just close deals whilst taking home huge commissions, consistently.
So we simplified the system, brought on support and integrated some time saving software…
Ran untapped youtube ads to find high intent homeowners looking to sell...
Had them go through multiple qualification steps...
And installed our own AI to set appointments with our realtors to talk to ready to sell homeowners.
Which allowed our clients to only pay when they secured the listings to completely reverse any risk.
So we started taking on more realtors to prove the concept
Installed our system...
And started generating up to 3 listings a month for our realtors.
Without burning out!
As a result we are in a much better place :)
We have reliable systems which work every time.
